About Bear Creek

Known for one of the best subdivision entries in town, Bear Creek is a residential development located a mile off the San Juan Bypass on 6530 Road, minutes from downtown Montrose.  In addition to the beautiful tree-lined entry, Bear Creek is known for its large community pond and park.  Residents frequently walk the neighborhood, enjoying the 300+ days of Colorado sunshine.  While the development began in the early 2000’s, new phases of infrastructure are blending new construction into an already established neighborhood.
